Challenge
Discuss/Describe the bridges you are trusting in, to get you up to heaven. Good works? Money? A pretty face? Then discuss whether you believe those methods are foolproof, and have proven to have power over death itself.
Prayer
Dear Lord, I don’t want to risk eternal life by placing my trust in something that has not overcome death. You said in John 14:6, “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” You are Who I want to place my faith in, Jesus. I want the salvation You have to offer. In Jesus name, Amen.
