Do you have inner pain or fears you don't want anyone to know about? Discuss why you think you're hiding the real you. Then read 1 Peter 5:7 and describe how that statement can change your attitude toward your burdens this week and if you will let Jesus heal you.
Prayer
Dear Lord, in Matthew 11:29, Jesus says to "Take My yoke upon you and learn from Me ... you will find rest for your souls. Lord, I need rest and healing and peace. Help me to trust You today. In Jesus name, amen.
